Hi -Jack Assistance

In the unfortunate event of the Member being involved in a hi-jacking, the Member will have access to the Hi-jack Panic via the Mobile App.

• Press Hi-Jack Panic if you are being Hi-Jacked

• Mobile App retrieves and sends your GPS Location to the EMS Provider

• EMS Call Centre will try to contact you

• Police and a Tracking Company will be dispatched to come to your assistance

• The Call Centre will notify your next of kin and keep following up on your whereabouts
